Vietnam USA Society’s English Centers (VUS) on Nov 26 signed an agreement with Oxford University Press to curricula and training courses for VUS teachers.
Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) funded 60 million yen
(over US$589,000) to help Ha Noi develop its human resources in the
information technology sector during the period 2014–16.
Spyware had been targeting Vietnamese state agency websites for the
past year, but the country did not have the cybersecurity experts to
cope with the attacks.
